Scuba Gear Rental and Online Class Included

To be fully certified-

First, you will need to do an online class, classroom session, then the pool session.  Which is how you learn to scuba dive. 

Then the Open Water Check-Out Dives in the lake or ocean.  This is where you demonstrate you're comfortable diving, and you perform the skills you learned in the pool session.

This option allows you to do the Open Water Check Out Dives elsewhere.

A Scuba Refresher/Tune Up is an easy and fun way to get reacquainted with scuba diving after a period of inactivity. Most divers won't admit it, but often they experience some level of anxiety when returning to the water after not diving for a period of time. Taking a refresher course and reviewing dive theory and skills before diving helps to reduce pre-dive anxiety and makes a return to diving more enjoyable and safe.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to breathe and see underwater? If you want to find out but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Scuba discovery will let you try scuba diving to see if you like it with a brief class and supervised scuba time in the pool.

The Computer Nitrox course is designed to teach open water divers how to use nitrox mixtures up to 40 percent with the aid of a nitrox programmable dive computer.

Take your diving skills to the next level with our Advanced Buoyancy Class.  Learn to fine tune weighting, improve trim and body position, master precise buoyancy control, and move effortlessly through the water.  You'll become a more confident, efficient diver, while reducing air consumption and protecting the underwater environment.

The purpose of this course is to give the diver an overview of 5 different specialties, 2 core, and 3 additional SDI Specialties. The two core specialties are, Deep and Navigation. One dive, from each of the specialties, may apply toward a complete specialty certification.

The rescue certification course is designed to develop the knowledge and necessary skills for an individual to effectively perform diver rescues and assists, and administer necessary first aid.

This course is cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR), First Aid, and automated external defibrillator (AED) use combined into one program.  It is designed to teach the techniques to administer CPR, First Aid, and utilize an AED in emergency situations involving infants, children, and adults.

The SDI Advanced Diver Development program requires a new open water student to complete 4 SDI, TDI or ERDI Specialties or equivalent, combined with 25 logged dives. SDI believes a diver will truly be advanced after this is accomplished.

The SDI Master Scuba Diver Development Program was created to make true master divers. The SDI Master Scuba Diver Development program requires a new open water diver to complete 4 SDI, TDI or ERDI Specialties (or equivalent), the SDI Rescue Diver Course (or equivalent), and logged 50 dives. SDI believes a diver will be a true master scuba diver after this is accomplished.

This program is designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for an individual to lead certified divers in the open water environment.
