Scuba diving is a great family activity!
As your kids get older like mine, scuba diving is an activity that all ages can enjoy (especially when we're paying for it, as my wife says).
I started diving in the 1980's and continued occasionally through the early 2000's. In 2016 my passion for seeing the underwater world grew and I decided I wanted to pursue everything I could in the sport. I’ve enjoyed diving in the Florida Keys, Table Rock Lake, Hawaii, Okinawa, Cancun, Cozumel, Belize, Roatan, Bonaire...and I hope many more in the future.
I am a Captain on the Kansas City Fire Department (22 years), a father of 3
divers, and married to someone that thankfully puts up with my obsession.

The passion started with my Papa Jim. He was a pioneer in the industry in the 1960's. His brother and himself taught themselves to dive in a rock quarry holding onto rocks to go down. He taught his kids and then his grandkids to scuba dive. Papa's love for the water and diving has been passed down through 4 generations.
